Swim: 1 x 100, 1 x 200, 4 x 100
Doesn’t look like much, but I was able to do two things this morning:
- continuous sets
- focus on my kicking & breathing
I was also able to think about “stuff.” I was really hoping I would get to this point.
I guess that’s why I like sports where I can be by myself. I like to think about different things: planning for the next school year, things I want to do around the house, gifts I want to get for Hub, ways to increase my speed & endurance.
I really like cycling & swimming because even if I workout with someone, I’m still alone with my thoughts.
It’s my time for me.
