I stayed up way, way, way past my normal bedtime last night reading running articles and getting really, really, really excited about my new goals!
When I was finished reading my running articles, I did something I’ve never done before:
I wrote my new goals down.
And stuck them on the bulletin board in my office right at eye level on a bright orange piece of paper that catches my line of sight out of the corner of my eye.
That way I can look up, read my goals, reflect on what I’m doing to achieve them, and get back to work.
Why is this so novel & why am I so excited?
Because I feel like I’ve finally got my rudder back in the water and have found my direction again.
It’s been a long several months since I’ve lost track of my goals and I am thrilled to finally be back on track.
The scary part of all this: I haven’t the foggiest idea how or when I got off track to begin with.
