Time Mismanagement

I don’t quite know how it happened but I lost a day last week.

Sure, we had Monday off for Labor Day, but somewhere along the line, I went from being a day ahead in my studying to a day behind. I walked into my Thursday night class with a look of bewilderment on my face and sat down. A few of my classmates asked if they could be in my project group and I said, “Sure!” and then they asked me what was wrong.

When I told them, they all had looks of amazement on their faces …

“Us, too!” they said. How in the world did we ALL lose a day last week?

I’ve resolved to follow the time management advice of one of my classmates (that didn’t manage to lose a day). She’s compiled all of her study schedules onto her school calendar – the one she teaches at – so that she can see at a moment’s glance what’s coming due when and budget her time accordingly.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of that before. I’ve been working on the big compilation this weekend. Pretty colors and everything.

I’m definitely NOT going to lose any more days this year!
