Day 3 off my feet to let the ankle heal.
What a bummer!
While I desperately want to get back into the swing of things, I’m using this my time off my feet judiciously:
~ watching TV
~ sleeping
~ reading
~ sleeping
~ reading
~ watching TV
oh yeah, and
~ sleeping
I haven’t slept so much years!
I’d love to say I’m dreaming, but I rarely remember my dreams. Hubby, on the other hand, has continuous recurring dreams.
I had read somewhere that recurring dreams happen because there’s a problem that is dwelling in the subconscious. I don’t know if that’s true and, based on hubby’s recurring dream, I seriously doubt it:
He keeps dreaming he’s working at a high school in his district.
That’s it.
Speaking of sleep … {yawn} … I think it’s time for my early-afternoon nap.
Until next time, tatertots …
Aaahhh…sleep, glorious sleep! To me, it’s the nectar of the gods! I can’t get enough of it! I am truly sorry to hear about your ankle injury, but the benefit of sleep is so nice! Enjoy it! 😉
I got out and did 2.5 this morning. It was a little painful, but still felt SOOOO good to be out there!
Would you believe that this is actually the first time since I went on summer break that I’ve allowed myself time to sleep as much as I need to?
You, girly, are gonna have a blast lazing around in your hammock in paradise next week.
Have fun in Hawaii!
